Detailed Consultations
At SmileBox, we believe that a detailed consultation with our dentist is key to ensuring you have successful and satisfactory dental treatment. During the consultation, our experienced dentist will take the time to listen to your concerns and understand your dental needs.
Based on the examination results, our dentist will discuss with you the available treatment options and recommend a personalised treatment plan. They will take the time to explain the procedures, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.
Our goal is to provide our patients with the best possible dental care, and a detailed consultation is a critical part of that process.
With our patient-centred approach, we strive to make every visit to our clinic comfortable and stress-free, ensuring that you leave with a smile on your face.
Virtual Consultation Programme (VCP)
Our Virtual Consultation appointment allows you to speak with one of our Doctors or Dental Professionals via Google Meet from the comfort of your home.
Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to send photos of your teeth. We will send you example photos to follow. You will also be asked to send any relevant supporting information to us, such as previous dental or health records.
Your photos and information that you send to us will be assessed by one of our Doctors prior to your appointment, this is to determine the most suitable treatment options available to you and the costs, so they can be discussed with you at your appointment.
You will be sent the Google Meet link prior to your appointment, if you have any questions or technical difficulties accessing the link, you can contact our SmileExperts and they will be happy to help (they’re tech wizards).
The virtual consultation lasts up to 30 minutes and has a ฿500 THB fee, which is non-deductible from the treatment price. After your virtual consultation, our SmileExpert will contact you, either the same day or at a later date. You can decide if you would like to go ahead with treatment at SmileBox and we can book you into the clinic for the next stage of your appointment.
This would be a face-to-face consultation with X-rays, photographs, and iTero scanning. This is an important stage of your dental journey as we need to ensure your mouth is healthy. We will provide you with the dental treatment you may need prior to starting your dental treatment, whether that’s a filling, veneers, implants, orthodontic treatment, or a scale and polish.
Feel free to reach out to us if you would like to know more.
What are the benefits of a Virtual Consultation?
During your virtual consultation, you will receive professional advice from one of our specialist doctors about your dental concerns, issues or questions.
A virtual consultation allows our doctors to assess your dental problems, such as tooth decay, gum disease, or other issues that can be seen through a video call. They can then recommend appropriate treatment options based on their evaluation of your condition.
A virtual consultation eliminates the need to travel to our clinic, which can be particularly helpful for those of you who have limited mobility, live in remote areas, or have a busy schedule.
With virtual consultations, you can save time by not having to wait in a physical waiting room. You can simply schedule a video call at a time that is convenient for you.

Reducing Stress & Anxiety Control with Virtual Reality Technology
Thailand’s First Dental Clinic to Promote the Use of Virtual Reality in Your Dental Appointment.
We understand that visiting the dentist can be a stressful experience for some patients. That’s why we continuously take steps to create a calming and relaxing environment for our patients. We have added a cutting-edge tool to help reduce stress: Virtual Reality (VR) technology.

With a simple headset, you can escape from the real world and enter a virtual world filled with calming landscapes and peaceful environments, reducing anxiety and helping you feel more relaxed.
We believe that technology has a role to play in making dental care more accessible and less intimidating. That’s why we are proud to offer VR technology as a tool for reducing stress and improving the overall dental experience for our patients.
Don’t let dental anxiety hold you back from getting the care you need. Contact us today to schedule an appointment and experience the calming effects of VR technology for yourself!

State-of-the-art Technology
iTero 5D Outcome Simulator

5D Digital Scan, Photographs & Smile Report
Your Doctor or Smile Specialist will take intraoral and extraoral photos/videos of your teeth, facial anatomy, smile, and side profile. These photos are used for your dental records and photo calibration for use when creating your personalised treatment plan.
Panoramic & Cephalometric Radiographs
We use Panoramic & Cephalogram radiographs at SmileBox.
The Cephalogram x-ray is done to view your facial profile from the side (side view). Panoramic x-rays are taken to see if there are any impacted teeth such as the wisdom teeth, if there are too many teeth (supernumerary teeth), if there are any teeth missing (hypodontia), to evaluate the level and thickness of the bone and the shape and normality of the jaw joint.
Laser Dentistry
We can proudly say that we use the latest laser equipment and techniques in our surgical procedures which require laser, these treatments are strictly done by experienced and qualified dental surgeons.
