The Visionary Founders
MOOV Clear Aligners have been created by our own SmileBox Founders, Dr. Vishesh Bhatia & Dr. Vikram Bhatia who travel across the country to teach other Doctors, Dentists and Orthodontists about MOOV and how they can incorporate them into their own clinics.
They have been made using state-of-the-art technology from the United States. The aligners are made from Zendura FLX material, this material encourages teeth movement within 7-14 days of wear. MOOV Clear Aligners trays are BPA-free, non-toxic with no Bisphenol-A. They are also ISO approved and certified. All manufacturing are done in our partner laboratories in Thailand, which makes them a quicker and more affordable orthodontic treatment option compared to other clear aligner brands in the dental industry.

What is ISO Certification and Why Does it Matter?
In the medical and dental industry, it is vital that checks and balances of products are in place. This is to keep a good standard of consistency and quality across the industries and the products manufactured. The ISO certification means that MOOV Clear Aligners have met all the standards of the International Organization for Standardization in regards to the management system, manufacturing process, service, and the documentation procedure has all the requirements for standardisation and quality assurance. The International Organization for Standardization is an independent, non-governmental, international organisation that develops standards to ensure the safety, quality, and efficiency of products are met.
What is BPA free and why is it important?
BPA stands for bisphenol A, this is an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1950s. It can usually be found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins.
Exposure to BPA is a concern because of possible health effects on the brain and the prostate gland of developing babies in the womb, infants and children. It is also known to affect childrens behaviour. There is also scientific research and studies that show there is a possible link between BPA and increased blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
We can confidently say that MOOV Clear Aligners are BPA free.
